Mechanisms usually fail due to them not being maintained properly or because the door has not been fitted or adjusted correctly. This problem is easily resolved by replacing the locking mechanism or the central gear box and adjusting the door. We supply and fit UPVC & Multipoint Locks and Gearboxes from most of the leading manufacturers including: Winkhaus Ferco/GU Paddock Roto ERA Mila lockmaster FHUR. We also supply replacement multipoint locks, which are designed to replace existing multipoint locks that have been discontinued. These can be used to upgrade locks that are of the old 4 roller type to ones that have hooks that lock into the frame.

Incorrectly fitted or “Cheap” Cylinders are probably the most common ways for burglars to break in to your home! The Cylinder should not protrude more than a few millimetres from your handles and should be Anti Snap, Pick, Drill and Bump. We only fit locks to BS EN1303 that are Anti Snap, Pick, Drill and Bump and fitted to the correct length.
